Sunday, November 21, 2010 – Thanksgiving Sunday

Important message for parents: Pageant practice is beginning!

ES Age 4 – Gr 2 – Children will meet with Amy Harbaugh at 9:30. At 9:45, those students interested in having speaking parts will join the ES/MS students for pageant practice. Younger students will stay with Amy for the remainder of the lesson. Children are to wear autumn colors and will process into the church for the opening hymn.

ES Gr 3 – 5 and MS – This Sunday will be our first day of pageant practice. All children interested in participating should meet in the church (not the cafeteria) at 9:30. We’ll be giving out speaking parts and learning some new songs. Children are to wear autumn colors and will process into the church for the opening hymn.

Anyone hoping to participate but unable to attend this Sunday, please email Lori Newman so she can save a part for your child.

No practice will be held on November 28th, but we will meet on December 5th and 12th.

Our youngest children (typically our sheep or non-speaking angels) do not need to attend practice until the day of the pageant (December 12th).  Just let Lori know so she can include all names in the bulletin.

Adult Intro to Bible Study – No Adult Bible class this Sunday.

Worship – 10:55 – Wear Thanksgiving (autumn) colors to church. Invite your friends to attend the Thanksgiving potluck after the service. Bring enough food for your family, plus more for another family. Remember to bring your own place settings. Paper plates and cups will be available for guests.
