Hear about the Plain Truth!

Hello, WTUC Family.

I hope that you have enjoyed a good week in Christ. As we continue to see the swings between the cold and the warm, the sunny and the windy, we are also anticipating the coming of spring in just a matter of weeks. Even through continued changes, we know that the Lord is unchanging, faithful, and loving. I encourage you to join us for our service this Sunday as we gather in person on the campus of Japan Lutheran College and Theological Seminary Room 105 beginning at 11:00 a.m. Jim and Carol Sack have been a constant and long-time presence in the life of West Tokyo Union Church, and we’ve been thankful to hear from Rev. Dr. Jim Sack quite a few times over the years. On Sunday, we get a chance to hear a message from Carol Sack, who has also graced us with her caring and loving presence in her service to Christ and to His people. She is going to talk about the plain truth. Curious? Come join us in worship and hear all about it. You can learn more about the service on our Calendar page.

I mentioned in my last letter about how I had a chance to reflect more about listening to God’s voice. I hope that you had a chance to find some time to listen. I’ve had more opportunities to reflect upon this during the past few days, and the Lord has been really speaking through His Word and through my interactions with others, both in person and written. I look forward to staying in touch with you, and you can always get in touch with me by filling out the form on this page. Let me know if I can be praying for you or if I can be supporting you in any way.

Have a wonderful weekend, and blessings to you!
Jonathan
