There will be a Congregational Meeting after the service to vote on the following two proposals:

1. That Rev.Teresa Sherrill and Rev.Susan Townsley serve as co-pastors at WTUC from September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.

 2. That each pastor receive half of the approved WTUC yearly pastoral salary.

The participants have arrived and ARI is in their new temporary location.  ARI still needs more clothing, especially for tall men, work clothes for both men and women, dress clothes and suits.  Towels, slippers and shows of various sizes are also appreciated.

WTUC supports Second Harvest Japan where WTUC member, Ruby Sakuma, works as the Food Pantry Coordinator. Second Harvest Japan welcomes volunteers on Fridays and Saturdays to help with the preparation and distribution of food to the homeless.  Those who are interested may see Ruby  or go to the Second Harvest Japan website ( to sign up.
